I am going to show you a quick shoulders and arms workout I did earlier today. This is the sort of workout that you will enjoy because it gives you a nice pump and feels great. The workout is fairly intense so that means it does not take as long to do, which is great for days when you do not have much time.

Having balance in your life refers not only to remembering to have a life outside of work, it refers also to ensuring you give attention to all aspects of your see how much I workout including the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects. An over or under emphasis in any of these areas is not good for you.

Make a commitment that you will live your best life. Accept that you have to make it happen – not your partner, your husband, your family. It’s not your mother’s responsibility! Others can help and guide you, but it is your job to walk this path. This also means that you workout lifestyle STOP WAITING!

Imagine that you are holding onto some heavy weights in your hands. And now you try to raise your hands higher to flap your wings to fly. You will find that the weight is really heavy and it holds you down. Blame, complaining, anger, grudges… these are all the weights that hold you down.

Start your day out with a cardio workout. Get your heart pumping the blood through your body and you will feel great for the rest of the day. When you increase your heart rate, you help your body release the built-up toxins and produce serotonin which can give you a boost of energy and happy feelings. A brisk walk or jog is a great cardio workout. If you do not have good joints, consider a swim or a ride on a bike as your form of cardio workout.

Schedule in walking after dinner or lunch with a walking buddy. Find a friend who is enthusiastic in being your walking buddy and schedule in walking after lunch or dinner. You’ll have such a wonderful time catching up on the chat session while getting in-shape together.

And of course, make it a priority to replenish fluids with water or a low-calorie sports drink after a tough workout. To feel your best after exercising, it’s important to put thought into the food that you eat and the beverages that you drink. By keeping healthy snacks on hand, you can bounce back quickly after a workout so that you’ll be ready to face the gym again another day!
