When I first wrote my original “Why I Hate Blogs” for article submission I was pretty sure that the humor would get some hits but in my wildest dreams I never thought that out of the 26 articles I did write that it would be second in the amount of the hits it did get. Actually it was dark humor because I honestly do hate spending the time blogging away or let us be more specific – I honestly DID hate spending that time.
Next on my list of things to do would be to put up a blog with more articles and maybe some tips on playing the game that I had decided to promote. I would give enough info to be useful, but not so much that there would be no need for the prospect to buy the guide.
Websites are generally more static than blogs. What this means is that their content doesn’t get changed very frequently. Content is static with few changes made over time. Whereas with blogs, which are noted for being active, have their content changing frequently. It is for this reason that they are so popular with search engines like Google.
Look at the websites for major magazines that appeal to your target customer. Lots of them have Visit my website (which should be an obvious target for you) BUT many of these sites also list their favorite blogs. For example: Martha Stewart has a “Blogs I Like” section on her site. Shoot, if it’s good enough for Martha, it’s probably good enough for you.
So how do gaming blogs you satisfy these strange human beings with words? You need to start using words that will capture their attention, and make them feel that they are getting more out of you than you are getting out of them.
Liking — People practically live at Wal-Mart. Convenience and service translate into customers with an undying loyalty to them, often because they’ve become the only game in town.
While that explains some of the social aspect of it, the journal aspect is no longer the sole reason people start blogs. Creating a blog is an inexpensive and relatively easy way to get started online. People, companies, businesses, writers are adding blogs as a way to keep people informed. Many are using blogs as a way to add a bit more income.
If linking page has page rank higher than you and your backlink is only one dofollow outbound link exists on the linking page, then you will get most valuation from that page. If the linking page is serving more than one dofollow links, then the valuation will be shared between the links. Hence it is highly required to get backlinks from the pages that are high in pr but serving less number of outbound links on it.
